In 2026 funds were requested from Measure J to install Blade Signs at key intersections throughout the City. Installation of many of them occurred during August 2026.

Blade Signs
The City of Palm Springs established a program in December 2008 to identify the officially recognized neighborhood organizations throughout the City by attaching “blade” signs with the name of the neighborhood organization onto existing street signs.
