City Resources
The Office of Neighborhood Involvement (ONI) is a vehicle for encouraging citizen involvement in government affairs and improving communication between citizens and City staff and elected officials. Established by City Ordinance in April, 2005, the Office is staffed by the City's Director of Neighborhood and Community Relations, within the office of the City Manager.
Denise Goolsby is the Manager of the Office of Neighborhoods.
The City Website under Residents and Neighborhoods offers many resources and information for the ONE-PS Neighborhood Organizations, a selection of which are noted below. Visit the site at www.palmsprings-ca.gov/residents/neighborhoods.

Toolbox on Becoming a Recognized Neighborhood Organization
The TOOLBOX section of the City's website is where you’ll find information, forms, tips and advice to guide your new neighborhood formation committee. If you have questions, please contact Denise Goolsby, Manager of the Office of Neighborhoods, who will provide you with answers or put you in touch with a representative of an existing neighborhood organization who will lend their insight and experience to your effort. Download the forms at: www.palmspringsca.gov/residents/neighborhoods/toolbox.
Blade Signs
The City of Palm Springs established a program in December 2008 to identify the officially recognized neighborhood organizations throughout the City by attaching “blade” signs with the name of the neighborhood organization onto existing street signs. Visit www.palmsprings-ca.gov/residents/neighborhoods/neighborhood-identification-blade-signs for more information.
